Aquenity is the data controller for personal data processed via our website, store, and products, including SpaPilot™ and E.W.A. (Easy Water Analysis).
2. What data we collect
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.
- Order & payment: order details, payment method (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details).
- Account data: login credentials (hashed), preferences, support history.
- Device & product usage (SpaPilot™/E.W.A.): device identifiers, firmware/version, configuration, logs, schedules, and water metrics (e.g., pH, ORP, temperature) when linked to your user account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, app version, and cookie identifiers.
- Communications: emails, chat, and feedback you send to us.
3. Why we use your data (purposes)
- To process orders, deliver products, and provide customer support.
- To operate and improve SpaPilot™/E.W.A. features, reliability, and security.
- To send essential service updates (e.g., firmware/app changes, safety or product notices).
- To manage your account and authentication.
