Our Commitment

At Aquenity, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns

You have the right to return any Aquenity product within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, cables and documentation must be included
  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper installation

To initiate a return, contact us at info@aquenity.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund on their end.


3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or was sent incorrectly by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@aquenity.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


5. Warranty Claims

All Aquenity products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage beyond the product's rated specifications

To make a warranty claim, contact info@aquenity.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.


6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window without prior agreement
