1. Company Information
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aquenity website and the purchase of products sold by DKX AB, a company registered in Sweden.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Products
Aquenity sells smart water technology products including Spapilot and E.W.A. Product descriptions, specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in EUR and GBP. Payment is processed securely at checkout. DKX AB is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the UK and EU. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. DKX AB is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranty
All Aquenity products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact info@aquenity.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
DKX AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aquenity website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of DKX AB and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swedish and EU data protection law (GDPR). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
12. Changes to Terms
DKX AB reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
