We want your Aquenity product to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden and delivered with full tracking.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and across the European Union.
2. Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
European Union: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay.
3. Tracked Shipping
Every order is sent with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@aquenity.com.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — this will be displayed at checkout.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs clearance and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on applicable duties before placing your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at info@aquenity.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
